Conductive and semi-conductive varnishes for corona protection

CoronaShield P 8003 – conductive varnish for slot corona protection for MV and HV  electric motors and generators.

CoronaShield P 8001 – semi-conductive varnishes for end corona protection  for motors with voltage >3 KV.  Application at the exitof the slot for stress grading of the end winding

Epoxy resin glue 

DOLPHON X 206 – two component  room temperature curing epoxy resin with outstanding adhesion properties. It is used as a glue for sticking many different materials – to block the coils on the top of transformers and inductances for preventing vibrations and noise etc.

Balancing paste

DOLPHON CV-1108 – epoxy balancing paste.  Two-part product specially developed for balancing the rotors of electric motors. The 2 components have different colors – blue and yellow. After mixing them 1:1 the result is a green compound. The uniformity of the green color indicates if the 2 components  are well mixed.

Protective grease

DOLPHON 7776/А – non-melting grease having a very good adhesion that do not allow the washing away by water and chemical products. Protects electric components when the resin adhesion on the components must be prevented. High temperature class – 240°С.

Release for resins MS-122 (aerosol) MS-122 (aerosol)

RELEASE FOR RESINS MS-122 (aerosol) – Separator of resins from metals based on modified polymeric silicone. Used to easily separate the molding metal tool from the molding resin. Temperature class – 240°С. Low cost – with one application on the molding tool, the molded material is separated repeatedly.

Insulating varnish for magnetic steel

 7614/AA – gray insulating varnish for magnetic steel. 7614/AA is a water-soluble grey varnish that was specifically developed for protecting the magnetic steel (AISI Classification: C 6). The magnetic steel insulated with the varnish 7614/AA are suitable for medium and large machines.
